Eplehuset - Personalised video

Brief:
 Together with Seen, Sølvrev was commissioned by Eplehuset and Suburbia to create a personalised video campaign for their customers, with the aim of strengthening Eplehuset's technical customer service and creating digital delight among customers. The videos were to be sent to customers immediately after they had shopped at one of the stores or service centres, and were to address each customer directly by name. Eplehuset also wanted the personal greeting from the CEO to be filmed in front of the store or service centre the customer had just visited. The goal was to create digital delight, customer loyalty, and build the brand in a genuine and relevant way by delivering the right message at the right time.

Solution: The videos address each individual customer by name at the start, and contain several personalised elements throughout. By filming the CEO's message against a green screen, and having all stores and service centres film the facade of their location from the same angle, we also created a local presence and connection to the customer's local area. This was further reinforced by custom animation of the store's location on a map of Norway, and a clean and professional photographic expression from the stores that builds on Eplehuset's stylish and personal brand.

Result: The result was a very attractive and engaging video series that was met with great enthusiasm from both Eplehuset and their customers.
